Without having All Access I would never have been able to get the amazing results that I did with Insanity Max 30. I streamed my workouts daily for the last 60 days. I was able to look at the program documents any time I wanted, like the workout calendar and how to get started. I watched my workouts on my computer, my ipad and even on my iphone.

I truly want to help as many people as possible in April in ANY way that I can. I have had so many other coaches helping me over the last two months and sharing their knowledge I figured it was time for me to give back some. And the way I am going to do that is by sharing what I can to help YOU reach YOUR goal in time for tanks and shorts weather. Spring and summer break are coming ya’ll and I want to help you feel comfy on the beach or on your vaca!
 
I am going to be holding a 21 Day Challenge where I will provide tips, tools, recipes and help you learn how to eat clean and not over complicate it. There will be some fitness challenges to help you tone and tighten and get ready for shorts and swim suits. I believe that everyone should look and feel good about themselves and not spend their summer like I used to…covered in baggy shirts and pants so no one could see what I looked like under neath.

Insanity Max30 Week 1 Results

WEEK 1 UPDATE:

I want to let you in on a little secret…I absolutely hate cardio!  Too strong?  lol  My favorites have always been strength training so it completely took me by surprise when I said yes I will do Insanity Max30 with you.  About 10 seconds after I committed I was trying to come up with ANY excuse/reason that would get me out of it.

But, then my coach made a video talking about committing to yourself.  She asked if when you give your word on something does it really mean anything or does  everyone know that sooner or later you are going to go back on what you said?

In the past my word didn’t really stand for anything. I broke commitments with other people, I broke them with myself.  I would start something with the best intentions but soon I would give myself a hundred reasons of why it was okay for me to stop.

I don’t want to be known for that.  I want my yes to be yes and my no to be no.  I want people to know that when I say something it is going to happen.  I want to know that when I commit to something I am going to finish and not give up on myself.

So I decided that I was going to do Insanity Max30 to the BEST of my ability.  I told myself that this is the beginning of something new for me.  That I was going to put myself first and that meant not backing out on this.

I started my Insanity Max30 journey while I was visiting my daughter in Wichita.  I know, I know.  Starting something like this while on vacation may not have been the smartest thing but I didn’t want to give myself time to think about this. 🙂  So I jumped right in.

Imagine my surprise to find out that I am actually LOVING this program!  ❤  It is 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I have completed 8 days so far and I am already seeing results.  Not just in a physical transformation but also in my endurance.  On day 1 I did Cardio Challenge and maxed out at 8:31. Seven days later I did the same workout and doubled my time.  I maxed out today at 17:35! Woot!  Woot!  Yep I am excited about that!

What do I mean by maxed out?  It simply means that I pushed as hard as I could for as long as I could. When I got to the point that I had to stop, well that is my maxed out time.

I am happy to admit that I have completed EVERY workout so far and I am drinking shakeology EVERY day for breakfast.  Today I stepped on the scale and took my measurements.   So far I have lost 2.2 lbs and 11.75 inches!  ❤  That is in one week!

To say that I am happy with my results would be an understatement.  My stomach is starting to shrink, my mindset is already different and my performance has increased.  I would say that is a triple win for me.  Changes are in the making and I am pushing on!  I am ready to be victorious with week 2! ❤

Country Heat…Can you really get results?

After I had my surgery on December 20th I thought that I front-resultswas going to go backwards in my journey and I was ready to throw in the towel. I had carpal tunnel in my right wrist and cubital tunnel in my right elbow.
No planks, no pushups, no weights. I was not happy as I had just joined a group that was going to start weight lifting. 😦

But then I started thinking about the old me and how I NEVER finished what I started. When life threw an obstacle in my path I would always quit or hide. And I didn’t want to be that person anymore, which is why I started this journey 2 1/2 years ago.
I decided to give Country Heat a try. I admit that I wasresults-back completely skeptical. I honestly thought I was wasting my time and that I would never be able to lose weight or tone up with this program. I am happy to say that I was wrong.
Yes I started this program with my arm in a sling. I modified because jumping around hurt. I didn’t do any of the arm movements. Gradually I started adding them in and stopped
modifying altogether.
My totals for Country Heat. I lost 14 inches!!!! I lost 4% of my body fat!! AND I lost 5.2 lbs!!!
The skeptic in me was ecstatic to see that not only did I get some results but I was amazed at how many inches I lost.

Country Heat…Disappointed?

The last thirty days have flown by. I admit that when I first started Country Heat I was a little disappointed. 😒coach

The group that I am in with Autumn Calabrese was starting Chisel from Hammer and Chisel. I love that program and had been very excited to do it at the same time that Autumn was doing it.

I was so angry that I couldn’t but I knew that just having surgery on my wrist and elbow, well there was absolutely no way I was going to be able to lift weights.country-heat

I could have used my surgery as an excuse to stop. I could have used my disappointment at not being able to do Hammer and Chisel as an excuse to stop. BUT I DIDN’T.

I knew I had limitations so I just found something that worked for me. Country Heat. At first I danced with my arm in a sling to keep it steady, then I got to the point where I would let my arm down and just do they foot movements now I do it all.

So if you want to know if you can lose weight and tone up when you have to modify even a dance program…well come back in two days when I share my results.

Until then get moving! 🙂 Even if it is walking around your living room. Or turn the radio on and dance like no one
is watching.

Country Heat Week 3 Progress

I have been told repeatedly that with hypothyroidism I will not be able to lose weight easily.  I should just give up and live a happy life obese.  Yes, it is a struggle but I am not giving up.

If there is no progress there is no struggle.

The struggle is real, I have to fight for every ounce and every inch that comes off and believe me I have been.  BUT I have NEVER had so much fun doing it!

I am on week 3 of Country Heat with just one more week until my final results.  You can bet your bottom dollar that I will be kicking it up this week. 🙂

Last week I continued to follow the deluxe workout schedule for Country Heat.  Every day that I was schedule to work out I pushed play.  I even started working out first thing in the morning instead of waiting when I have more energy.  This made a huge difference in my workouts.  I am no longer exhausted before I even lace up the sneakers.

I am very proud of my results so far.  I just had surgery almost four weeks ago so I was limited on what I was able to do with the arm movements at first. But that hasn’t stopped me.  I am kicking up my cowgirl boots and having a hootenanny good time!  ❤week-3-front

Here are my weight and measurements from when I started on December 26  and what they are now.

  • Weight     then…190, now…185.4
  • Left Bicep   then…12.5, now…11.5
  • Right Bicep   then…12.5, now 11.25
  • Chest   then…41.5, now 40
  • Waist    then…40, now 38
  • Lower Abs   then…42.5, now 38.5
  • Hips   then…43.5, now 43
  • Right Thigh   then…24.5, now…23.25
  • Left Thigh   then…24.5, now…23.5
  • Right Calf   then…14.75, now…14.25
  • Left Calf   then…14.75, now…14.25week-3-side

I have lost a total of 4.6 lbs and 13.25 inches in 3 weeks!  I still have ONE week left in this program.  I am so excited for this last week.  🙂week-3-back

Get Paid to Get Fit with Beachbody’s Health Bet

What is Health Bet?

Beachbody is so sure that you will fall in love with working out and getting healthy that they are willing to put up some money to prove it.

How does it work?

We’re betting $2 million dollars that you will fall in love with getting healthy!

What do I have to do?

*You must be a participant in an active Challenge Group on the My Challenge Tracker app during the Challenge Period.

*You must have a valid First and Last Name, email address, and shipping address on record with their Team Beachbody Account by February 6th, 2017 in order to be paid out. health-bet-5

*You must log a minimum of (5) Shakeology uses, each accompanied by a Shakeology photo during each qualification week.  To be eligible, each log MUST be accompanied by a picture, you do not have to be in this photo.  It can be of your Shakeology on its own, your Shakeology preparation on its own, or of you preparing or consuming your Shakeology.

*You must log a minimum of three (3) workouts during each qualification week.

Are my logged workouts required to be Beachbody fitness programs?

No, you can use the workout of your choice.  Of course, I always recommend using a program like the 21 Day Fix or Core De Force to get some amazing results, but it is not required. 🙂

But remember, you MUST be using Shakeology to qualify!

Enjoy Shakeology by itself with water, follow a recipe, or create your own beverage or food item of your choice, as long as it’s clear it’s made with Shakeology when you take the photo.

Once the Beachbody Health Bet has come to a close, Beachbody will verify the results and the prize pool will be split equally among all qualified participants, both Coaches and Customers. All participants must have a valid First/Last Name and a valid shipping address on record BY 11:59:59 p.m. PT on February 6th, 2017 in order to receive their share of the prize pool. Any participants without this information in their Team Beachbody account profile will forfeit their payout.

Workout three times per week and drink five Shakeology shakes.  That’s it.  No pressure to workout for hours.  No  weigh ins.  You workout, drink a shake, and post them in your Beachbody Challenge Tracker app.  Super simple.  No stress.

How much money will you win?pot-of-gold

It all depends on how big the final pot is.  During the Challenge Period, from January 9th – February 5th, 2017, eligible Coaches and customers who meet the below requirements will win an equal share of a $2 million prize pool seeded by Beachbody! Beachbody is seeding the prize pool with $1 million and as a BONUS – for every Challenge Pack sold from October 31st – December 31st, 2016, Beachbody will add $5 to the $1 million prize pool, with a guaranteed total of at least $2 million, up to $3 million!
